Renewal Program

Renewal programs address customer retention at the end of their normal business relationship with you. By initiating dialogue before a contractual relationship expires or before the customer makes a conscious decision to defect, we can increase the rate of customer renewal.

Customers whose agreement or contract is scheduled to end soon will be sent a series of multichannel communications designed to accomplish the following purposes:

  • Gather information about the customer’s intentions at the end of the relationship
  • Provide information requested by the customer about new product or service options
  • Reach the customer frequently enough to retain their intention to enter into a new customer relationship with you
  • Provide non-responders with ongoing information and opportunities to respond
  • Provide you with information approved by the customer

Thindata 1:1 will use its campaign management capabilities to track each customer as they progress through the planned communications. Those who respond receive custom content based on those responses. Those who do not respond receive preselected default elements.
