Our clients use Thindata 1:1's network and software to manage their email communications. Our clients own their data and they use opt-in permission-based processes to obtain consent to email their customers.
How does Thindata 1:1 combat SPAM?
Thindata 1:1 clients must enter into a service agreement with Thindata 1:1 agreeing to comply with a permission marketing best-practices and all laws related to unsolicited email (SPAM). Thindata 1:1 thoroughly investigates any complaint that suggests a client is delivering unsolicited commercial email and will terminate their account should they be in breech of the service agreement.
How do I unsubscribe from email marketing communications from a company?
All commercial email sent using Thindata 1:1's products and services include clear instructions on how the recipient can unsubscribe from receiving future email. Please follow the unsubscribe instructions in the email.

How do I file a complaint?
If you feel that your email address has been used without your permission and contacting the sender has not yielded satisfactory results you can issue a formal complaint by emailing us at abuse@thindata.com
